Gerrit Kuiper worked at ABN AMRO Bank for almost 20 years, where he gained experience in both retail and corporate financial services. Gerrit is a certified financial planner. As a relationship manager in the Food sector, he has guided companies in financing the business, containing (business) risks and dealing with payments.

Arjen Bulk is Sr. Account Manager at Fair Factory Fund. With a background of over 25 years in sales, acquisition and business development, his strength lies in connecting people and organisations. He guides relationships throughout the entire participation process and gets energy from collaborations in which substantive involvement and a careful investment process go hand in hand.

Abubakari has over 8 years of experience in investment management, corporate finance and corporate advisory in Africa and Europe. He specialises in identifying, structuring and executing investments. Abubakari has a strong track record in assisting agribusiness SMEs in raising finance and improving their operational performance.
