Fund documents
Various laws and regulations apply to the activities of Fair Factory Development Fund and the fund manager Incluvest Management Services B.V.. Some of these concern information that must be provided to (potential) investors. For instance, the manager must publish an Essential Information Document (EID), a ''financial information leaflet'' for investment products. This tells you what the key investment features of the fund are. You can find Fair Factory Development Fund's EID here. In the EID, you will also find an overview of the other fund documents available, which we are happy to share with you upon request.
Also of interest is the European Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (SFDR). According to this regulation, fund managers must disclose which sustainability category an investment fund falls into. Further information on this and related documents can be found here.
